Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, our greenhouse team needs a little time to prepare your plants for their journey. We hand-inspect and pack each plant with care to ensure it travels safely.
🕒 Processing Time:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
🚚 Shipping Method:
We ship using trusted carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery right to your doorstep. Most customers receive their plants within 2–5 days after shipment.
📦 Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size.
🌱 Live Arrival Guarantee
Your plants are packaged to arrive fresh and thriving! In the rare case your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
